  1. Press and hold the power button on the router for 5-10 seconds.
  2. Release the button.
  3. Wait 5-10 seconds.

  1. Connect the Firestick to your TV.
  2. Use the remote and select Settings.
  3. Go to My Firestick>Reset to defaults.
  4. Select the Reset option.
  5. Allow the Firestick to reset and add CBS All Access app again.

Conclusion

If you’re using a VPN to stream from CBS, it’s possible the VPN is being blocked. Using a VPN with a Firestick is a complicated process in itself so check to see if everything is set up correctly. Lastly, make sure your subscription is active and check if you’re able to stream from CBS All Access from a desktop system. It is possible the streaming service is having problems of its own in which case you will have to wait for it to be fixed.
