Rexly For iPhone: Share Now Playing Song Title On Facebook & Twitter
Listening to music is a favorite pastime for many people, but sooner or later, you are bound to run out of new songs to listen to. So what do you do in such a case? It lets you see what your friends are listening to these days, and allows you to share the song that is currently being played on your device. In addition to that, it also passively shares certain aspects of your activity with your social network. This includes 3+ listens in a few days and listening to 4+ songs from the same album.
Rexly has the edge over its competitors because of the detailed privacy options that it provides. You don’t have to tell each and every one of your Facebook friends that Rihanna is your current heartthrob or you have been listening to Eminem for 3 days in a row. The privacy controls in Rexly are reminiscent of Google+’s circles.
Basically there are 3 levels of privacy offered by this app. The public mode is known as Influencer . Enabling it shares your activity to the whole Rexly network. Explorer mode is for sharing with Facebook friends only. If you choose the Wallflower settings, you can individually select customize who gets to see your updates. All the shares in the Influencer category are visible in the Popular section of the app.
The settings menu lets you choose the way Rexly interacts with you and the activity you want to share with the app’s network.
All in all, Rexly is an excellent addition to the App Store and a must-have for all music lovers out there. And because it is absolutely free, there should be no thinking involved in giving it a try.
