THE Football App Brings Its Soccer News & Stats To Android
iLiga is a comprehensive soccer app for smartphone users that packs all the latest information & news pertaining to one of the most intensely followed sports of the world. Initially available only to iOS users, THE Football app now brings all the latest content to soccer-loving Android (Update: and now Windows Phone) users as well. Like its iOS variant, the Android version of iLiga contains plenty of informative and updated soccer content ranging from (local and global) soccer news headlines, featured multimedia content (images and videos), highlights, live commentary, match previews, reviews, in-depth statistics, standings, fixtures, player profiles and lots more.
With iLiga, you can pick your favorite league/team(s) and start following them through constantly updated content that is filtered according to your preferences. To select your preferred league/team or to view all the teams in the chosen league, simply tap the Menu button on your device, tap More > Preferences (or Teams).
In the same way, you can tap on the Menu button of your device to check all the various features that the app has to offer. For instance, tapping the Competition button displays a list of various soccer leagues from across the globe. Just select your favorite league/team to find out comprehensive matchday information for concluded and upcoming games from the entire season (also accessible by tapping on Menu > Matchdays).
Tap on the game of your liking and get in-depth information about each aspect of the game including the score line, team formations, squad information (with detailed information for individual players) and other statistics for concluded games such as card information, aggregate score and more. While on matchday, you can check the Live conference, for minute-by-minute commentary on goals, fouls, cards and more.
Tap on the Standings button to view team standings for the selected league in detail along with their points, total goals scored and conceded (with goal difference) and the total number of matches played (at home or away). Find the latest news headlines surrounding the football arena from the News button. Tap on a story to find out its details and swipe across your screen to switch between stories. The media center of the app can be accessed by tapping Menu > Videos. This section of the app features the latest videos from the world of football ranging from latest news to match previews and from player interviews to post-match press conferences.
